Choice Support Plus is a Devonport/Burnie-region-based, family-owned & operated support service, which provides services to assist those with a disability in the Devonport, Burnie, Ulverstone, Wynyard, Latrobe, Sheffield & surrounding Communities.

Our services include quality learning and life skills to assist the development of people with disabilities, and to provide support for their families. We provide quality staff to help support participants, whether it be In-home Support or Community participation. Our goal is to help our participants achieve the best quality of life that they can and to put their wants and needs first.

We are looking for like-minded people with good core morals and values, who have a passion for helping others, to join our team.

You will need a current (or be willing to obtain)

  • Drivers license and vehicle – roadworthy & full comprehensive insurance (this is mandatory)

  • First Aid and CPR

  • Working With Vulnerable People Check

  • National Police Check (less than 3 years old)

You will hold a disability qualification at a minimum of certificate III and/or have a minimum of 3 years experience in the industry and/or be prepared to access training.

You will also need to be flexible in your availability and be comfortable with providing personal care if required. Although our positions are casual, we are offering permanent part-time positions to those who demonstrate the capacity and responsibility required to undertake the position on such as basis.
